What we need is more job creation at home rather than shipping them out abroad.

What we need is better education tailored to teaching people skills to be able to do work that's better than flipping burgers and instead leave that kind of stuff to teenagers.

What we need is to stop importing cheap labor from Central & South America.

What we need is to reduce and/or eliminate taxes so people aren't having to pay a huge chunk of the salaries for income tax, property tax, sales tax, and various other crap taxes that they see little benefit from.

What we don't need is to increase minimum wage.
