Ugh that’s not what happened guys. The ignorance around anything medical with non medical people is reaching a peak after the last year.
The amount of liquid she squirted is not nearly as much that is in either the Pfizer or moderna vaccine (these are the only two I’ve personally given). The needles often used in these are safety needles that after injecting, you push the plunger further and the needle retracts back to avoid sticking the nurse. She, like I did in the hundreds of vaccines I’ve administered, realized that doing it while it’s still in their skin as we are initially taught (like you do when starting an IV, but those have a button which works better) doesn’t work well because those needles suck and you gotta press the fuck out of them to get them to retract. She probably just didn’t bottom out the plunger, and then when she removed the needle pointed the sharp away from her and engaged the safety which shot out a little more liquid.
For the record, before some of you get butthurt that I ruined this narrative, I don’t intend to receive the vaccine either, I don’t trust it, I have administered it to many many people because it’s not my job to tell people what to do with their bodies, and the FACT that this is not a fake administration of the vaccine as this silly Fake News post suggests does nothing to discredit that the vaccine is untrustworthy snd not necessary for us to return to our lives.
