For me, my grandmother died of old age, 93, and got her dream of dying in her sleep. The thing is, 2 others died at the old folks home that day and they tested positive, so she was also listed among the covid deaths that day. (Take or leave, no intent to dox myself)

Don't know anyone that counted more than as a "case". Edit to add: my grandma had not taken any covid tests one way or another, but was still in the count of covid deaths published that day.
