I like CCW Safe and USCCA. I use CCW Safe, it's the better choice for my circumstances, but USCCA is a very good choice too. The biggest selling point for both of these are the fact that they don't reimburse you for cost, meaning you don't pay for everything yourself and they reimburse you later, but they provide you the full funds up-front for everything.
