While I agree the circumstances are very chaotic. People surrounding a cop in the midst of an arrest put them in a state of hyper vigilance. He was placed wrong on the suspect and had to remain there to in that position to protect himself from retaliation. The people filming and approaching are as guilt of murdering him as is the cop for his poor decision making.
