It's my contention it isn't even contestable that someone who lacks the 270 EV's can sit as President. It is clearly stated that in such a case, the Presidency is decided by Congress with one vote per State.
If that is contested, I'd think that a power higher than SOTUS should rule; a Convention of States.
This obviously not a well-worn path that we're on right now, so there aren't a lot of absolutes.
What I think should be done, and what will be done, most certainly may not match.
