I had a hard time telling if that was her and of course you can't be 100% because there was no face shot when she was 'taken down' (lol) but yeah, black hoodie, black spandexy shorts... I'm fairly certain that's her and omg how awful that little takedown. If I didn't know any better I'd think it was an SNL skit where they're deliberately making it look bad to be funny.

Camera turns to literally 5 feet away.

Really? One hundred cops out there, 10 RIGHT there, and she managed to break the line and get up to them and a little past them and just 'walking' in the other direction and at that moment, 5 feet from the camera, gets tackled like she's the volunteer attacker chosen from the crowd at a women's self-defense seminar at the local Y.
