I did see that elsewhere that there was a grand database of takers being maintained. That's how they could keep people from faking documents once its digital. They've seen people talk about how easy it is to just print a vax card on card stock so people faking it will be the excuse that it needs to be digital. Basically, fakers who won't just say NO are going to get this mandated digitally which is likely cell phone based since so many tech companies are excited to make apps for them - IBM especially.

Another possible reason is that there have been reports those people are "shedding" what they got. In the "conspiracy" videos about it people are suggesting you avoid the ones who took the jab. In the mainstream it has manifested as menstruation being affected.

So, two reasons I've seen so far.

Those people that got the shot could be dangerous to the general population.

Those people that would not get the shot need to be tracked and distinguished for discrimination purposes.

Either way one of two groups are being setup to be punished and/or segregated causing another class of individual in the U.S. -- further diving the country.

I saw a guy say the other day 60% of the new covid cases were in "vaccinated" people. That ... um... isn't a 92% chance of no infection as they originally reported. That might come into discussion too - to find the most potent "actual vaccine" since so many are competing.
