I'm considering a gubernatorial run at some point for Alabama. I'd pretty much sign an executive order declaring Federal gun laws to be unconstitutional. Hell, the Government can only regulate interstate commerce anyway, so why the fuck can they say we can and can't own anything? Edit: If I made a law that said NFA items and full autos are legal in Alabama and cannot be taken outside of the state, there's shit all they can do about it. And it's on you if you take it out of the state.

Oh yeah, I'd take it to the ATF real fucking hard. I've never beat up a retard, but I'd have fun doing it to the ATF. I would debate LITERALLY ANYBODY in the ATF, including Chipman, and make them defend the stupid fucking "rulings" they make about gun laws. They're essentially legislating without being a legislative body. I'd direct my state troopers and all of my law enforcement to arrest any federal agent attempting to enforce federal gun laws in Alabama.

If they got pushy, I'd nullify the anti-militia law in Alabama, too. At some fucking point, you have to put your fucking foot down. The constitution is limitations on the government, not on the people. And Biden's up there saying "No amendment is absolute." Well, you don't get to decide that, fuckface. It's literally a limitation against your power and you're saying the limitation isn't absolute.
