You don't even have to be as bold (and dumb) as me. Just don't pay or pay far less than what you owe. Unless you are a very high income earner the IRS is far less likely to audit you than most people realize. Even if your name comes up then you can say it was a mistake & you were confused because of shifting deadlines. But don't just bend over this year.
