I think we may be rushing to judgement here. The judge says the body cam footage won't be released while the investigation is on going, so presumably it will be released after. You don't want witnesses watching the video and reading comments from anti-police nuts/celebrities that might influence how the witnesses recounts events to investigators. You also don't want 'witnesses' coming forward that weren't actually present.
Judges shouldn't give into mob demands just because the mobs demand them. Also, BLM doesn't care about the circumstances or video evidence. The criminal can be mid-stab, high out of there mind, shooting guns at cars, etc. The criminal is a saint no matter what the circumstances are or what body cam footage shows.
