If the feds want to violate my God given right to defend myself by incarcerating me if I do so, the social contract is broken and I see no reason why I or anyone should comply with anything.

Let me be clear, I am not advocating firing at a mob unless that mob is directly attacking you or your family and presenting an immediate threat to your life, or your property where it is legal to use deadly force to protect your property/life.

But my point is that it is never even neccesary to fire at a mob, because in places where it is legal to do so if the mob is attacking you, your family, or your house, they don't show up in the first place for obvious reasons. And in places where they do show up, you are unlikely to even be allowed to carry a gun, much less legally use it to defend yourself.

Because I live in a free area of a free state, I dont have to worry about ever shooting anyone, because rioters won't come here because they know we could shoot them. So, long story short, we need more guns and more gun rights. The states are moving in this direction and have been for some time, but the feds are doing the opposite. The feds will violate many people's rights. I'm sure it will take many more people having their rights violated, but eventually, it will be stopped one way or another. The states will win.
