Seriously somebody needs to look into these videos after the riots are over. Construction crews don't just leave piles of bricks around with a couple of traffic cones and a single orange rope cordoning off the area. Those bricks would be gone overnight. I don't know how other cities do it, but in my area, they can't even clean out a gutter without shutting down an entire lane overnight and having massive ass "LANE ENDS IN XXX FEET" signs and traffic cones all over the place.
EDIT: I want to be clear on this point though: The only evidence for the offloading truck will end up at a salvage yard with an anonymous person paying for it in cash. The only evidence for the bricks will be a rural brickyard with an anonymous person paying for it in cash.
The only thing I want to see is evidence of these bricks being offloaded on a Saturday afternoon, which would never happen in a downtown area.
