If I wanted to kill patriots, I'd release a virus under their favorite leader. I'd then have my Fauci troll whisper into his ear to speed up vaccine development. Then, I'd rig the election and install my puppet. Implement vaccines for all, knowing the patriots would refuse. However, this vaccine isn't for today's virus, it's for the one yet to be released. Give a year or so to allow the compliant time to get the vaccine. Then, release the real killer. All patriots die, and only the compliant remain.
