In a sort of ghastly simplicity, we remove the organ and demand the function. We make men without chests and expect of them virtue and enterprise. We laugh at honour and are shocked to find traitors in our midst. We castrate and bid the geldings be fruitful.

-- C.S. Lewis, The Abolition Of Man, 1943

The right is just as guilty of this as the left. WE did this. Society at large. Both men and women have an individual subconscious bias towards women and away from men. Nobody cares about them, nobody supports them, yet they're still expected to succeed unscathed. It is a conditional love at the polar opposite end of what we give to women.

Boys and dismantled and men are torn down. Men aren't even dignified as being human because if they show any sign of fallible humanity, we write them off as being weak or having no balls. We are way too quick to emasculate any man who doesn't succeed. We need to start supporting them and empathising with them, and we need to give them the opportunities and freedom to win.
