Your comment rung a bell with me over some recent video I saw on the mpls riots and did a bit of re-watching and sort of went down a rabbit hole. Here's my findings after some quick digging...
I watched the mpls riots live via Unicorn Riot on youtube for a few nights - this comment pertains to May 29th, the day after the 3rd precinct was taken over and burned to the ground. The night is primarily filmed around the protests/riots outside of the 5th precinct. Particularly there was a man with a megaphone, chanting, protesting and in a particular case calls for revolution...I don't believe he was even from Mpls or MN for that matter.
I noticed many people holding signs that were a little more professionally done than the typical marker/paper. These were laminated and printed with "JAIL RACIST COP KILLERS". At the bottom was a label: "PSL - Party for Socialism and Liberation". (time 02:18:47)

A quick google shows it being a communist party in the US, with their ideology being 'The party's goal is to lead a revolution paving the way towards socialism, under which a "new government of working people" would be formed. '...this jives with the main speaker talking about revolution, all happening outside of a US police precinct down the street from one which was taken over/burned down the night prior.
At 02:15:15 the main speaker hands the megaphone to "Juan". Juan gets on the Megaphone saying he drove all the way from NY to be here. Surrounded by PSL signage. No way to 100% associate him with any political org, but worth noting many were from out of state.

At 02:15:37 we see what appears to be woman with pink hair talk to the main speaker (while Juan is blabbering) - she is consistently standing next to him while she holds a PSL sign. The main speaker is nodding, almost like he's taking direction from here. Cannot say for sure, just something to note.

If you keep watching, at 02:15:50 you can see 6 PSL signs in view. There is definitely a legitimate communist presence at this particular protest. I strongly believe they are preying upon the emotions of gullible youths, using racial tension to pivot into a "revolution".
Worth noting I don't support Unicorn Riot as I disagree with the majority of the commentators dialog. One of which gets me is to him, the looters are "re-appropriating" not stealing.
