I am absolutely telling you the truth, what a ridiculous thing for me to make up in the first place, and openly admitting to my past arrests (which is consistent w/ my post history, too). You can get it expunged without a lawyer. My uncle is a judge, so I had help obviously [edit: which was limited simply to him telling me what to do/how to go about it], and the last 2 charges I had he wasn't willing to do anything for me anymore. I went to the courthouse and did it myself. It wasn't hard. I'm sorry it was difficult and expensive for you; and yes, there is a lot of red tape, I dealt with it. But I was able to figure it all out and take care of it myself, and even if it is hard and expensive, that still doesn't contradict my original point
