Where do you get the white screen?

Edit: is it just trying to look at the attached pic? If so, here's what it says. Google has stealthily added Covid 19 Exposure notifications to Android phones.

To find out if you have it, go to settings. Scroll down and select Google settings. If Covid 19 Notifications is at the top of the list, you can turn it off by selecting the three dots on that list screen, then selecting Usage & Diagnostics and turning off that option.
