In that interview they asked her what it's like being a female CEO and she responded that she was a CEO, and that equality and equity were not her goals because it's poor judgement to waste time on that, equality will come from her success, not from her activism.

Spent every penny I had, best $100 I ever spent (bought close to $3). She was the only female CEO to turn a profit that year.
