EDIT: I have to say I learned about expunging my record long ago, but my understanding then was it would cost hundreds of dollars or more to hire a lawyer to actually attempt it, once enough years had passed and I qualified. There was never any "brainwashing", just a switch from thinking I can never vote to knowing now I can vote again, IF I spend a lot of money, which I couldn't afford, and wasn't going to anyways just so I could vote for Bush or Romney or Obama lol. It's worked out now thankfully

What is this brainwashing that Snoop is talking about though I'm curious? Could it be he lived in an echo chamber of gangsters and hoes who liked him for his money and didn't really care about his welfare? What prevented him from finding out about expunging your crime record to vote? Nothing at all, except he never wanted to vote until right now. SMH he's almost as bad at lying as R. Kelly is
