I noticed that but in the chaos and confusion, in the moment, I'd still side with the cops.
They're human beings and the guy they were arresting didn't have to spaz out like that.
The cops at the time don't have the luxury of frame by frame playback before deciding to pull the trigger. It's something to learn from but you're holding cops to an impossible standard. If you're going to do that then you might as well abolish them since it's impossible.
