He blew .108, while the legal BAC limit in the state of Georgia is .08. And im sure they ran his license and saw that he had a prior DUI in 2011. Dude was a straight up criminal, who just got out of a joint on parole for beating on his kid and neglect. He wasn't gonna go back in.
