I hiked the AT SOBO (southbound) in 2009, Maine to Georgia.. it's overpopulated with scumbags and leftist losers, and I spent almost the whole 4 months hiking at night to avoid the crowds, dirt bags and trail skanks.

It was beautiful, and the area the pipeline is in is beautiful, but the whole trail is overrated nowadays. I support this.
