And it would actually solve a lot of issues because our housing situation here is retarded and the nearest medical facility is an hour and a half away. Also with the new shooting range qualification protocol we will have to travel an hour and a half just to qualify on our weapons (which we have always had to do in order to qualify on our heavy weapons). There's nothing vital about this base. It's just a leftover from the Cold War.
