Also some of the different local laws are really vague,l could not figure why after the NM shooting,NM rang bells as soon as l heard it ,later l looked it up & they are one of the places where you think it has a clear cut laws but when you look into it what has happened is politicians have just given it lip service & it is not really as clear cut as you thought & it is based on virtually old frontier statutes & the "justifiable"force is what they will try to get you on,the vested interests will always try to blur the line between where justifiable and unjustifiable lies, especially with a media brainwashed jury .As l said back when it first happened if the accusations he was the one who started physical contact in the crowd he could be screwed over for self defense .
