The fact that they charged him with murder is unbelievable. How about releasing a statement to the community that says:

1. Don’t drive drunk (at all, but especially when you are so drunk that you pass out in a Wendy’s drive through).
2. Don’t lie to the police about driving drunk.
3. Don’t resist arrest.
4. Don’t steal a police officer’s weapon.
5. Don’t shoot any type of weapon at the police.

Charging the officer with murder is justifying the actions of this criminal. Anyone with a brain can see that it’s only going to make matters worse.
