He's talking about "legal" ones, but it hardly matters, they still take jobs, run up house prices, and run up the cost of living if they come "legally". And 90% of all legal immigrants vote left.
This is definitely something he said because of Kushner's influence, though, because immigration is not popular in general, much less among Trump supporters specifically. Last time I looked, something like 78% of all Americans were against any type of immigration, period. Kushner is a globalist snake and he's behind a lot of the Trump agenda being put on hold or reversed.
