He used Barr, who had a briallant plan to use all the federal forces and swat teams in every fed department and send them out across the country (don't need State permission) who then rounded up all the top Antifa leaders. that is why the riots stopped and now it is 90% just protesting. They also now are rounding up 75+ folks who assaulted police, or police property. it is a massive round up unmarked cars pulling up army/riot gear police jump out and arrest them as they are walking..
