The previous tweet from that account is a retweet from Ron/@CodeMonkeyZ about a totally different technology he has developed and called "Project Odin" (an "anti-deplatforming tool"). https://twitter.com/GitmoChannel There is no indication of any connection between Parscale or the Trump campaign to anything called "Project Odin".
