While I don't know what it is, I'd bet money there's a family connection here. Way too coincidental. Also, Bill de Blasio's grandfather is Giovanni "John" de Blasio as well. Maybe important to acknowledge his family's long history of connections to the now-defunct OSS and CIA.. as it relates to how his family history is portrayed to the public.
