I’ve been disappointed by Trumps support of the H1B visa program. He stated in an interview that he was Pro-H1B about 6 months ago, while being challenged on his position. His son happens to be a huge fan of the program. Ill dig a bit later and post the interview in question as well as the excerpt from DJTJR’s book, if pedes are asking for sources.

Of course, this contradicts Trumps campaign promise of putting American workers first... as the use of H1Bs in tech by large companies happens to be a case of fraud/wage suppression. My posts were previously deleted by admins for concern trolling....

The curtailment of the H1B program abuse is of great importance to me... and I felt slightly betrayed before with the back peddling over the last year. This is a good sign that Trump at least understands the abuse. Clearly, the intended purpose of the H1B program is to find workers from abroad that cannot be found here. If Trump is blocking out the H1B program for 6 months so Americans can find jobs, it seems like he’s admitting that the program is abused. Hopefully this represents the beginning of a policy change.
