Yeah...do expect most the country to be rich? I was involved in funding a couple of groups in Venezuela years ago. They held conferences about Venezuela and a whole lot more. Basically, it was all attended to by the buoyant middle class whom were interested in investments. There are millions of them in Venezuela.
