Probably. I had a fever and headaches for 4 days in the beginning of April and then my lungs started to feel tight on day 5 and on fire on day 7 and had breathing issues and it was completely dry with no cough. Went to the ER on day 8 because my lungs felt so tight and couldn't breath, still no mucus or cough. They gave me a steroid and I was good within a couple days. They wouldn't test me though and called it acute bronchitis which I've had a couple times before but nothing like this where it was this dry.
