Don't underestimate the effect the violence and cultural destruction around the country is having on the populace, particularly older Democrats. I live in a mostly blue city in a red state, and every neighbor that is a Democrat has told me that are they are voting for Trump. Not because they like him, but because their party has jumped the shark.
