Once you give up social media along with cable news, it will become clear how miserable it made you and makes others.

The truth is maybe we have 10% or so people tops we actually want to engage with, the rest, bless their heart are pretty much act like NPCs. Why am I engaging with NPCs? And the think in, in real life, a lot of these NPCs aren't that bad and there might even be hope for them.

Yet, here's the upside. You will become a better person giving it up. I've noticed it took about 4 months of no Facebook for there to be no real absence or anything anymore, and in fact it swung into winning territory. Bigly. Better everything. My phone is constantly lit up with texts and phone calls with real shit of people wanting to do real things. And it is only getting better every day. Took some time to get there, and lot of people not interested.

I've reconnected with an old friend. A very old friend. 2020 has been a huge win just for that.

Only focus on what is important and amazingly, miracles happen!
