You get it. I would say though historically speaking being the "anti-my-opponent" guy instead of the "pro-these-issues" guy is an incredibly uphill battle. Joe is the "anti-my-opponent" guy. Basically nobody cares or even knows what he stands for. President Trump is the "pro-these-issues" guy and a great example is him starting to hammer home a similar "Law and Order" platform that helped Nixon win a 500+ electoral landslide. It won't be nearly that magnitude but supporting the rule of law is a WINNING issue.
