"Within a square mile" does not constitute doxxing. It would be the same as if someone in Minneapolis had said "I live in Dinkytown" or "I live near Powderhorn Park" (where the homeless encampment has started).

Let me rephrase the question. Is your neighborhood wholly enclosed within, or within (say) four or five blocks' walk of, any historically minority community in Milwaukee? And therefore, are the protesters aggrieved African Americans, or posturing spoiled rich white girls bored with Daddy's money?
