Back when I was a kid in elementary school, when we didn't get suspended or arrested for off-color humour, a common joke we would play on each other was to smile very politely and sweetly and ask the obviously loaded question of a student we were picking on, "Does your father know you're gay?" This is essentially the nature of about 90% of the questions which these "journalists" ask in regards to president Trump. They sit there looking all professional and polite, but it's nothing more than a vicious attack. The only way to respond to these type of questions is to completely ignore them, or else to attack the attacker. That's exactly what she's doing.
