- Unlikely a passenger is shooting through the driver window (way too loud in an enclosed space)
- Passenger window is rolled up
- bullet impacts near the passenger seat appear to be at an upwards and outwards angle
So either they are the worst perpetrators of a drive by in the history of automobiles and drive-bys or they were innocent of the shooting and fell victim to wrong place and wrong time. Only somewhat plausible explanation is the driver was also the shooter. But from the footage I saw there was nothing to indicate there were any shots from the driver side of this vehicle...
