Every white person will now look at a black person and think "hmm, this person is a risk" because that black person might start accusing them of being a racist, film it and upload it to facebook/youtue. Now your career, reputation etc. is destroyed because of the rage mobs. So now you have to defend yourself from these potential situations and the way you do that is by actively avoiding black people. They do it not because they're racist but more for the reason of protecting themselves. It is human nature to do stuff to mitigate perceived risks. You don't want down a dark alley because of the risk. This actually sets the black community back decades.
