Yes it is sad. Netflix and video game addictions have set the stage for them. People, especially kids, used to be out of the house more. Now those stronger families can afford AC (kids stay inside getting fat), while impoverished people (specifically black kids in the inner city) have no dad, and no other kids outside. The only other kids to hangout with are the ones who also have no dads. Their families can't afford nice homes with comfy couches and video games. Then those kids join gangs as a replacement for their dad. And democrats unfortunately like it that way because they will grow up to be blue voters in need of weal-fare. It's an economic issue more than a race issue.
