Yeah, the guy who ran over the two girls (I don't believe he did it on purpose) is black but is in trouble because he hit members of the very privileged Antifa/BLM/Leftist group, who by the way had no right to be blocking the freeway.

The protesters are the ones who should be held responsible for the death of one woman and the injuries of another, And the local authorities should be held responsible too, because instead of trying to block entrances to the freeway so radical leftists could have their "protest party" and illegally block a freeway, they should have just gotten those commie idiots off of the freeway and not allowed them to illegally block it. I can't stand it that these retards are allowed to do whatever they want without legal consequences in most cases.

Still, despite not having been allowed bail, being black is probably going to be in that guy's advantage. To start with, he won't be charged with "hate crime" even though the girls he hit were white, and at least the one who died was "non binary," so a member of the LGBTQ+ community. Had the black driver been a white conservative & Trump supporter, on top of murder charges and likely many other charges, he'd also be charged with "hate crime" (despite of the white race of the victims), and would probably be locked up for the rest of his life, which I don't believe will happen to the black guy.
