He should've made the point that the police is there because the violence within the black commnunity necessitates it, but no one who thinks police brutality is systemic can argue against this in a coherent manner. A country of 300 million and maybe 20 unarmed black men are killed a year, many if not most of them with a history of mental illness or hard drug use. To concede that the phenomenon exists in the first place without any statistical evidence that would justify that is to lose the argument. The whole thing is bullshit.
