Yeah on the one hand I respect people's freedom to do what they want. On the other hand you have places like Japan where, as anyone who's been there knows, people wear masks all the time voluntarily to prevent spread of disease. I'm all for freedom of expression and am against any kind of mask enforcement, but this just seems like a dumb hill to die on.

I would much rather see masks and no lockdown than the reverse. One affects the economy, real consequences, and one does not. If it turns out to be a nothing burger then the worst that happens is they lose even more credibility.

Personally I don't feel like a bitch wearing a mask because there's science behind it. Also I think chicks in masks are kinda hot, I have a thing for nurses.
