This puts into question numerous tribal laws, treaty parameters, reservation laws, etc. The descisions now need to be made about all of this...primarily you cant maintain real estate property rights on indian land as the lack of real estate property rights is a key differential and the primary reason reservations were founded. Theyre plating this off as no big deal but trust me the activist judges and lawyers are gonna dog pile.

This ruling has massive implications that are likely to lead to the balkanization (break up) of the united states. It will take decades but its gonna happen unless massive changes in law and action is taken.
