The place to start isn't the teachers. Sorry, but teachers do not make the standards, largely invite guest speakers, or adopt new social curriculum.
Administration, school divisions, and all the higher ups feel secure knowing that concerned parents will attack teachers individually rather than pursuing the source of social change: them. Are there social activist teachers? Sure, but for the most part, the real indoctrination that's being discussed here is introduced and supported by superintendents and/or school administration. My school has fired teachers for not showing two political sides of the various issues, like global warming. How did this happen? The teachers didn't follow the faculty handbook--school board policies.
Until you take on the state standards, local school boards, school administration, and guidance counselors, pursuing teachers or their training is ineffectual whack-a-mole.
