The conspiracy side is:

  1. If military intelligence has proof positive, and has for years/months, then their core job is primarily getting the key idiots fingers off the actual Red Buttons. And. This was a real concern . Obama fired something like half off the Admirals/Generals/top non-coms. What does that say about the half that were left?

  2. But "Intelligence" ops and "Criminal Cases" are completely different beasts. "Why do you think (say) Hillary did dastardly-deed-x?" "Well, we wiretapped her phone"(or whatever) ... -> for Intelligence that's fine. You can start counter intelligence ops and all sorts of things... (Or Comey, Clapper, Brennan, Pelosi... whoever you're concerned about.)

  3. But in a criminal case, where you actually want the fucker in actual prison or actually executed on live pay-per-view, you have to have a "Pristine evidence trail" . And you can't have anyone "Higher in the chain of command" issuing any edicts, or "Trying to interfere". Yes, I totally realize "Just tell CNN about it, and then say 'Sources say' " tomorrow is where their actually behavior was.

  4. This is what the Flynn case did not have and is why it is crashing and burning. At its core, someone said "Spy on this asshole because I want them spied on" and ... that precise bit of evidence is used in the paperwork for each extra layer of the investigation along that way ...

  5. This is called "Fruit of the Poisoned Tree". People do get off on flat-obvious-murder when high-powered lawyers argue the Fourth Amendment fiercely in here. EVERY breadcrumb that can be tracked back to some single "Poisoned Evidence Route" is problematic.

  6. This happens to be the core reason they argue the Wikileaks emails are "a Russian Hack" in the first place. If the emails were ever touched by Russia, well, Russia has an obvious vested interest in fucking with us. So ... none of the weirdness in there is "Admissible Evidence". (Or ... at least... uphill battle).

  7. The Flynn case revolves around highlighting "There was never, ever a real reason to investigate Flynn." At the exact same time we're hoping for "Faster, Faster, Faster" on some things, it's beyond obvious that there are people pushing "Slower, Slower, Slower!"

  8. Note that commuting Stone in here is tied up - everything seems tied up in the same effing poisoned fruit. Something like: The Flynn case has to be "Officially Over" somehow, with the verdict filed ... but then the entire Stone case can be re-opened and flipped as the Flynn case is itself "Poisoned Fruit" now..

But when we get to the "Now for offense" side, the question is "Ok, who do you want?" We, here on the outside, don't even really know who we want other than the tippy top. But there's all sorts of side cases that could well be connected... or not. Internationally.

Biden's charged in Ukraine. Like three weeks running of "Websites of trafficking rolled up" in Germany, Poland, (Brasil?), Trump meets President of Mexico ... DOJ arrests former Mexican governor next day. Is Ghislane Maxwell honestly tied in directly into the high treason aspects here? We don't know

Related? Un-related? What the heck?

But. I m particularly tired of caring about "Sources say after election" written in the Washington Post. Or interviews where, if you watch the whole thing, there's a "some arrests could run until after the election", or "Any report is many months away" sorts of quotes.

The press is actively trying to demoralize support, because that's all they've got. When the enemy is running in circles screaming ... explain why first.

So:

D) The Democrats are going to be epically wiped out, regardless. So... "Gotta catch'em all"
