I don't think my interpretation rules that out.
I personally believe there's something extraordinarily divine about the invisible hand of virtue moving countless people over countless generations to conquer evil against all odds, and to produce a document so impossibly great that it can ensure good will continue to prevail over evil in all future generations.
That's my conceptualization of the form God has chosen to take, and I find it as compelling and as awe-inspiring as any other interpretation. If yours is different, that's fine, but this is mine.
