A black kid the same age threatened to kill me, kill the mail lady and rape my wife in our front yard last summer. The police said it was no big deal because they're just kids. The police recommended we leave him alone, buy cameras & hide in our backyard. This summer he was randomly shooting a handgun up & down the street and into the air. Cops were called and never showed up. Last week he was arrested for robbing a kid at gunpoint for his mini bike. Within 24hrs he was back on his porch, eating chips and dancing in the road. There are officially 2 sets of rules in this country right now
