OOoo that should be the protocol for all phones shoved in the police officer's face. Then the next guy just picks up each one to confiscate/crush them. After a bunch people lose their phones the crowd is then at a disadvantage to regroup elsewhere. It also makes all them have to go out and either buy new phones or come down to the station to claim - where they will be arrested for rioting. Winning!
